Erlend came to Aibel in May 2022 from a position as Sales & Commercial Manager Well Construction Middle East & North Africa in SLB. Mjanger joined Aibel in the position of VP Modifications Projects. On 1 September 2023 he took over as SVP Business Development and Supply Chain. Previously, he has worked for Schlumberger as M-I SWACO VP Operations Eastern Hemisphere. He has more than 20 years’ experience from the oil & gas industry, where he has held various management positions within operations, sales and business development & project execution. Mjanger has also served as a board director on an international JV. Mjanger holds a bachelor of science in Petroleum Technology from the University of Stavanger.
